Utilizing a Trauma-Informed approach, I draw upon traditional therapy, mindfulness, neuroscience, and body-centered techniques. I am honest, compassionate, and respectful and I hold the belief you are the expert in your life. My job is to assist you in the process. You set the goal and we work together, focusing on your strengths and eliciting motivation for change. My office provides a safe, confidential and comfortable space that is wheelchair accessible.

Although I have a broad-based practice, my concentrated expertise (experience and training) is in Trauma/PTSD and Substance Abuse. I have over 17 years' experience in the social service field with the last sever years in clinical work. I am committed to providing the highest quality of professional service through a competent, non-judgmental, and cooperative relationship.
